Full-time position coordinating the process of applying for and obtaining offers from life insurance companies in support of the financial advisors in our office. This is not a sales position; however, there is a high level of client contact and working with suppliers. This person should have a Texas life insurance license or be able to obtain one in the first 90 days of employment. We provide study materials and time to prepare for the exam. Resource Horizons Investment Advisory is a Houston-based financial services firm that is conveniently located at I-10 and Durham/Shepherd. We have been in business over thirty years.

• Ideally have Texas life insurance license (or can obtain one in the first 90 days of working here)
• Be process-oriented in your work
• Be a self-starter (does not require close supervision)
• Values our work culture (small firm, client-focused)
• Be able to see around corners (i.e. looks ahead to see what’s coming up for key producers and our clients)
• Hold client information confidential; maintain record and data privacy
• Help provide a WOW experience for clients
• Be proficient with office technology—CRM (customer relationship management database), Excel, Power Point, mail merge, Linked In
• A college dgree shows your ability to learn and accomplish a goal.
• This is not an entry level position; minimum 3–5 years work experience after completing education.
• No visible Tattoos.
