Daley, a 7 year old girl, had one request for her birthday party -- that everyone would bring shoes. Her mom & dad were taken aback and offered to get her more shoes if that's what she wanted for her birthday.

Daley explained that the shoes weren't presents for herself, but she wanted the shoes to be given away to those who didn't have any.

Through her birthday party, Daley received 33 pairs of shoes to give away to Covenant House. God stirred something in her heart, giving her a new perspective & priority, leading to a new practice of valuing others ahead of herself.
