Houston's First invites you to observe Holy Week at the following opportunities at The Loop Campus and our campuses in Cypress, Downtown, and Sienna. Gather with our church family as we remember Christ's sacrifice and celebrate His resurrection! 


REDEMPTION:  HOLY WEEK ART SHOW

Mar 22-Apr 12 — The Loop (Main Foyer)
Presented by the IMAGO Arts Community at Houston's First, this year's Holy Week art show features works inspired by the theme of redemption. You can view these original creations by amateur and professional artists Mon-Fri from 8a-10p, and Sat-Sun from 8a-9p. (The church is closed on Good Friday, Apr 3.) Invite others!

At these come-and-go receptions, enjoy light refreshments as you view the art show and meet the artists who created each piece. Both receptions take place in the Main Foyer at The Loop Campus. 


Broken For You

Mark LanierThu, Apr 2 @ 7p — The Loop (Worship Center)

The Houston's First family from all four campuses and our guests will gather at The Loop Campus for a special worship service remembering Christ's sacrifice on the cross. Our guest speaker is Mark Lanier, founder of the Lanier Theological Library. Mark is an accomplished attorney, author of Christianity on Trial, and the teacher of a weekly Sunday school class at Champion Forest Baptist Church. At this worship service, we will also observe the Lord's Supper. Invite others!

CHILDCARE
  • Childcare available for Kindergarten and under
  • Thru The Roof available for all ages with special needs

Easter Sunday

He is risen! Celebrate Christ's resurrection with the Houston's First family at one of our four campuses on Easter Sunday, with Pastor Gregg Matte speaking at each worship service. Invite others!

The Loop
  • Worship services @ 8a, 9:30a, 11a & 5p
  • Life Bible Studies will not gather
  • Childcare available for ages 3 and under at each worship service
  • Thru The Roof available for all ages with special needs during the 9:30a and 11a worship services
  • Regular attenders are encouraged to gather at the 8a or 5p services to make room for our many guests at 9:30a and 11a
  • Also, regular attenders are asked to use shuttle parking options at the three morning services as a courtesy to our guests
Cypress
  • Worship services @ 9:30a & 11a
  • Life Bible Studies will not gather
  • Childcare available for ages 3 and under at each worship service
Downtown
  • Worship service @ 9:30a & 11a
  • Life Bible Studies will not gather
  • Childcare available for ages 4 and under at each worship service
Sienna
  • Worship services @ 8a, 9:30a & 11a
  • Life Bible Studies will not gather
  • Programming for children through 5th grade available at 9:30a and 11a worship service

Donate A Lily

Help decorate our four campuses on Easter Sunday by donating a lily in honor or in memory of a loved one. Lilies are $12 each. Donations can be submitted online here or by returning a completed donation envelope available at each campus.
