We are seeking an experienced teacher to conduct computer training classes.

• Cisco Certified Academic Trainer for IT Essentials.
• CompTIA A+ certification strongly preferred
• Knowledge of computer hardware, expansion, and upgrade options
• Knowledge of network configuration and utilities: IP protocol, DNS, DHCP, ping, ipconfig
• Must be able to work at an intermediate level with MSOffice
• Experience teaching computer networking to groups of 25+
• Proven ability to deliver custom curriculum based on client needs Ability to teach professional skills such as presentations, effective communications, reliability, dependability, corporate guidelines and policies
• Must be able to adapt and model extreme professionalism
• Corporate experience (4+ years) a must
• Strong customer service in a desktop role
• Four-year college degree required
• Experience working or volunteering with youth programs

Provide technical software and hardware resolution to all Houston based users by performing question/problem diagnosis; clearly communicating solutions in a user friendly, professional manner; provide one-on-one end user training as needed; provide support to corporate MIS group in adherence to corporate MIS policies and provide on-site assistance to remote corporate MIS staff with issue resolution.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Strong knowledge of office equipment (pc, laptop, phones, mobile phones, smart phones, printers and copiers)
• Knowledge of desktop operating systems, various software applications and basic hardware for the PC; principles and theories of network systems and management; internet technologies and products; basic understanding of electrical safety procedures
• Ability to maintain detailed maintenance, service and equipment records
• Strong inventory management and record keeping experience
• Ability to manage multiple IT tasks simultaneously
• 1-3 years providing user phone and/or onsite support for PC desktop and application software OR one year installing, upgrading, troubleshooting and repairing personal computers in a network environment.

The purpose of the Technical Content Writer includes but is not limited to: This position would report to the Service Systems and Marketing Manager and work from the Outside Operations Service Center. The Service Systems and Marketing Department is the support infrastructure for Outside Services and Product Support Sales groups. The purpose of this position is to create and maintain an electronic library of visual work instructions, standard pricing workbooks, estimating forms and proposal templates for both Gas Compression and Process systems.

• Gas Compression service and or merchandise sales background preferred, must understand the Gas Compression business language
