MINISTRY CHILDCARE

This year-round program is provided to meet the needs of mothers and fathers of our church, emphasizing language development and featuring a Bible story each week. Ministry Childcare offers art, exercise, music, cooking, Spanish, library time, and nature experiences.

Purpose

The two-fold purpose of Ministry Childcare (Mother's Day Out) is:

To provide care during Bible study, mission activities, or volunteer activities.
To provide a Mother’s Day Out for the parents who desire that program.

Ministry Childcare

Ministry Childcare requires registration three times a year. The registration fee is $25 per child per day. Parents involved in an Houston's First Bible Study pay the registration fee, but care during the Bible Study is provided free of charge. Parents wanting to attend Bible Study and leave their child in extended stay until 2p will pay $10 a child per day.

If you would like to receive a key fob which allows access into the Preschool space a deposit of $25 is required. The deposit will be returned when the fob is turned in at the end of the semester.

Completing the online registration form is a request for a space. After completing the online process, you will be notified by email of either your child’s room assignment or of your place on the waiting list.

You must fill out and return the Child Info Card and Medical Release Form and bring them on the first day.

Students should bring a lunch and those 18 months or older a nap mat. The facility is nut free so please do not pack any snacks or lunch items that contain or made from nuts.

Online registration for Ministry Childcare opens up Sun, Apr 1 @ 8a. Select your child's date of birth and day for Ministry Childcare below to be sent to the right registration form. If wanting to participate on both Tuesdays and Thursdays, the registration must be filled out twice; one time for each day.

To be put on a wait list for the Summer Ministry Childcare semester, please fill out and submit the form below. You will be contacted by phone and email if a spot becomes available.

Mothers of Preschoolers Program

A Wednesday morning program, MOPS Childcare, is available for parents participating in the Mother’s of Preschoolers program from 9a–Noon. There is a registration fee of $25 but no daily fee.

To participate you must fill out and return the Child Info Card and Medical Release Form and bring it on the first day.
