Alex holds the MBA from North Western Academy of Public Administration and a Masters in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. Alex is recognized by the Texas State Board of Professional Counselors as Licensed Professional Counselor Intern. His formal education and professional experience has prepared him to work with individuals, group and children over the age of 6.
Alex has extensive experience in education and working with troubled youth, he also participated in many men’s recovery groups and has worked with individuals struggling with relational issues and addictive behaviors. He assisted with many international adoptions, orphan care and counseled students with academic and behavioral problems. Alex applies biblical truth in his approach to human issues and believes that God’s grace is sufficient for any situation. He uses an eclectic approach to treatment and relies on the principals of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution – Focused, Forgiveness theories. Alex helps clients establish healthy goals and coaches them in this achievement in order to enjoy a fuller, more productive life.
