Paul Sofka, our Executive Chef, is a graduate of the Conrad Hilton College of Restaurant Management (University of Houston) and of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He has served as a corporate chef for both “Pappas” and “Landry’s” restaurants in Houston, Texas. We look forward to assisting you in planning a special event to fit your tastes and your budget.
