GOING

Step Up and Step Out

The GOING part of the PRAYING, GIVING and GOING emphasis is calling on the Houston's First family to step out or step up — or both!

Houston’s First is witnessing the life-changing impact of the Gospel throughout our city. At each of our campuses, people are making connections, finding purpose — and encountering Jesus. And, many in our church family have decided to move from The Loop to another campus so they can better engage in what God is doing in their community.

If you attend The Loop Campus, would you consider
stepping out and GOING to another campus?

Our Cypress, Downtown or Sienna Campus might be closer to your home and the people in the communities in which you live, go to school, run your errands, and so on. O, ¿hablas español? Las personas de nuestro Campus en Español comparten un lenguaje en común en vez de un lugar en común. ¿Considerarías conectarte con la comunidad de habla español YENDO al Campus en Español?

We realize that’s a lot to consider, and you probably have questions — What’s a Sunday like at that campus? What’s offered? Who are the leaders? How could I serve there? So, we’re providing an opportunity for you to get answers ...

"Make It Your CAMPUS" Lunch

People at The Loop can learn about our other campuses at a free "Make It Your CAMPUS" lunch on Sun, Apr 2, at 12:30p at The Loop.

You'll hear from our campus pastors and meet others from The Loop who are praying about GOING. You won’t be asked to make a commitment at the lunch! It’s simply a time for you to learn and get answers as you pray about your decision. Childcare is available for Preschoolers (birth-Kinder), while Children (1st-5th) and Students (6th-12th) are invited to attend the lunch with you.

So, let us know if you plan to be there using the link below or by calling Diamend Bianco at 713.957.5892. (Not able to attend but still interested in learning about our campuses? The RSVP form allows for that, so fill it out and let us know!)

Step Up

Even if you remain where you currently attend church, the GOING emphasis is asking the Houston's First family to step up and serve at your campus. There are a variety of ways to "give life away" on Sundays and throughout the week thanks to the numerous and diverse ministries of our church. And at The Loop Campus, there will be even more opportunities to step up and serve as current volunteers step out to one of our other campuses.

Watch for information to help you identify ways you can serve at your campus!
