Abigail is a practicum student who will graduate from Houston Baptist University in the summer of 2022. She is working towards a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in preparation to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Abigail obtained a Bachelor’s of Arts in Religion and Psychology at Baylor University.
Abigail has a passion for working with individuals, adolescents, and families. She is a firm believer that God works through the therapy process and that God cares deeply for the emotional, physical, spiritual, and psychological well-being of His children. Abigail finds joy in walking with people through anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. She acknowledges that life is different as we move towards a post-pandemic world, and she seeks to help clients navigate this ‘new normal.’
Abigail enjoys life in Houston as a newlywed. In her free time, she enjoys exercising and being outside. She also enjoys trying new and different local restaurants around Houston.
