Each summer kids who have completed 3rd, 4th, or 5th grades trek off to a fun-filled week of summer camp. During this week, kids build life-long friendships while being challenged to go deeper in their spiritual walk. First Kids partners with Student Life Kids Camp for Preteen Camp.

Where are they going in Waxahachie?
Lakeview Camp & Retreat Center [ 5128 FM 66, Waxahachie, TX 75167 | website ]

How are they getting there?
Charter buses will leave from each respective campus.

Who is going with them?
Houston's First - First Kids Team Members and CYSNA-approved volunteers.

What will they be doing at camp
There will be worship, Bible study, recreation, lake activities, swimming, parties, and so much more!

How will I know what to pack for camp and other important information I need?
Each campus will be holding a parent meeting where you will receive all of the information you need to pack for your child and have them ready for Preteen Camp 2023! More information to come.

My child has food allergies, should I pack them food?
No, we will ask you to tell us for any food allergies; the camp is able to accommodate most food allergies. We will also have allergy-friendly snacks available.

My child takes medicine; how will they remember to take it?
Great News! We have nurses going with us, and they will be administering any medication as needed. We will be asking you closer to time for details about your child's medications.
