Bad Girls of the Bible — Women

Milestones Class Details

The Bible is full of people who at times make bad choices. For example, Eve had food issues. Potiphar’s Wife had man trouble. Lot’s wife could not let go of the past. Jezebel could not let go of anything. In the book “Bad Girls of the Bible,” author Liz Curtis Higgs shares a unique and fresh way of presenting some of these biblical characters. In our six-week MidLink class, we will study some of the Bad Girls of the Bible along with lessons we can learn from them. Whether they were “Bad to the Bone,” “Bad for a Season, but Not Forever” or only “Bad for a Moment,” these infamous women show us how not to handle the challenges of life. Studying these Bad Girls will be entertaining as well as spiritually deep, challenging and meaningful. Isn’t it wonderful that our past does not have to define who we are today? We do not need to hold on to the guilt, shame or fear. That is great news! “Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus”. Romans 8:1
