Moms of the Heart provides a retreat for adoptive and foster moms every other year in an effort to provide deeper encouragement and connection than we can achieve in our monthly meetings.
We are excited to announce our 2019 MOTH retreat, Breathe.
Being a mom is no doubt one of the greatest joys in life, but it does not come without a cost. This year we chose Breathe as our theme for this year’s retreat because the word embodies the most basic necessity of man, breath. Without air in our lungs, we cease to be, yet our busy schedules and the demands of life can leave us feeling breathless. This year’s retreat aims to replenish and restore life, giving moms the courage and strength to move forward in leading their children and families to places of deep healing connections.
