Miguel Garcia III is a MA-Consultant under the supervision of Mary Ring. He received his B.S. in Christian Ministry from Wayland Baptist University in 2014. He is now pursuing a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy at Liberty University Online with plans to graduate in 2021. He has ministered to children, adolescents, young adults, senior adults, and their families in churches all over Texas, such as Cleveland, Plainview, Del Rio, San Antonio, Crockett, and Winnie as Youth/Worship Pastor since 2010.
Miguel finds great joy in patiently walking along side disheartened clients and helping them reach their God-given potential as they carefully walk through some of the most difficult times of depression, anxiety, loneliness, thoughts of suicide, trauma, and divorce care. Miguel works together with his clients to set goals that are comfortable and agreed upon. Miguel uses evidence-based psychoeducation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and spiritual formation with clients to reach their goals.
Miguel specializes in working with adolescence, young adults, and couples. Miguel has been married for four years and enjoys going to coffee shops, playing guitar, meeting new people, exercising, being outdoors, and attending concerts.
