What We're About
Mission Statement
The mission of the Student Ministry at Houston’s First – Cypress is for students to either begin or grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
"Then Jesus came to them and said, All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Equip Students
- We want students to become disciples of Jesus Christ.

Equip Parents

Equip Leaders

What's Available
Life Bible Studies
Life Bible Studies are weekly gatherings on Sunday mornings where students experience life-on-life discipleship with adult leaders and fellow peers. LBS Groups meet in the second floor HUB area. Middle School LBS meets at 9:30a and High School meets at 11a.
Wednesday Night Students
Students gather each Wednesday from 6:30-8:00p. Middle School meets upstairs in the student HUB for games, high-energy worship, community, and a message that is relevant to their lives. High School meets in the Worship Center for worship, messages on a deeper level, and valuable small group time. Several times per month both groups join together in the HUB.
