Kristy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Science in Management of Information Systems at Texas A&M University. She is currently completing her Master of Arts in Counseling at Dallas Theological Seminary in preparation of becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She has experience working in consulting (Financial and IT Audit) as well as in full-time ministry (Young Adults and Refugees).

Her focus in counseling is working with individual adults and couples. She provides counseling for a wide range of concerns including relationships, communication, anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, social skills, career, ministry, among many other concerns. She may integrate various psychotherapy approaches, including but not limited to person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and solution-focused therapy in order to tailor her counseling to each individual and their specific needs. Her counseling is filtered through the lens of her Christian faith and biblical foundation.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband, exploring new coffee shops and restaurants, hanging out with friends, and serving her church.
