Foundation of the Faith

In our churchwide Foundations of the Faith Bible study series, Houston’s First seeks to equip every member of every Adult Life Bible Study (college through senior adults) with the biblical foundations of the Christian faith. We will cover topics such as Bible study, prayer, evangelism, service, and stewardship, just to name a few. The series will lay the basic foundations of biblical truth for new believers. Seasoned believers will be challenged to live out their faith in every area of their lives. Seekers will be able to examine the vital beliefs and disciplines of their prospective faith alongside wrestling with the claims of Jesus.

Midnight Madness

Midnight Madness is our annual Life Bible Study leadership training. We take leadership very seriously and offer monthly leadership meetings, Milestones classes, Age Division training, and individual training opportunities but Midnight Madness is our premier leadership training for all age groups annually. It is the one time we come together as leaders from all age groups and all leadership positions to sharpen our focus on the purpose and role of Life Bible Study and specifically focus on how each leader can serve in their role with excellence.

MidLink & Milestones

MidLink — the overall name for everything that goes on on Wednesday nights at our campuses.

Milestones is a framework for adult discipleship that extends beyond Life Bible Studies to equip people in a particular stage of life, crisis, or in general discipleship. This is accomplished through semester-long courses, one-time classes, and special events.
