Hey Seniors!

We are excited to share with you that we will be headed to Passion 2025, Jan 2-4 in Atlanta, GA! It’s going to be an amazing trip and we cannot wait to see what the Lord does with our time together. On Jan 2, we will fly out of Houston Hobby to Atlanta, GA. Jan 2 will be a day of exploring, having fun together, and preparing for our time at Passion, which begins that evening. We will arrive back in Houston on the evening of Jan 4.

Here is the breakdown of your cost:

• Airline Ticket: $340
• Passion Ticket: $149
• 3 Meals: $45
• Lodging: $137
• Misc (rental car, parking): $59

Total = $730

On the trip, you will pay for:

• 4 fast food lunches/dinners
• Any extra coffees, etc. that you wish to purchase while you’re there
• Any Passion merch that you’d like to buy on your own

We know that the price of this trip can be expensive. So, we hope that you can begin saving and even making payments towards your trip in the months leading up to it. Matching funds and missional grant money are NOT available for this event.

Here is the payment schedule that will be required:

• Sep 22 — Deposit of $200 due (Non-refundable after Nov 3)
• Oct 13 — Additional $200 due
• Nov 3 — Full payment due and last day for full refund
• Dec 1 — Last day for partial refund
