The mission of the First H.O.P.E. Job Ministry is to aid individuals in their job search, whether unemployed or seeking a transition. At First H.O.P.E., you will find:

• How to Nail an Interview and How to Answer any Interview Question
• Great Networking Opportunities
• Someone Committed to Pray for Your Concerns

First H.O.P.E. meets in Room 501 on the first Monday of every month from noon-3p, and continues for 3 consecutive Mondays. Attendance to all three meetings is highly encouraged to receive full support for your search. First H.O.P.E. is affiliated with Between Job Ministries.

Message From Pastor Gregg

The further I journey on the road of life, the more I am aware of the changes of season it brings. Some of the paths seem to be the peak of spring, while others—the chill of winter. The winter air is crisp but bids us to hope for the returning of leaves and blossom of flowers. In this season of your life, we desire to extend HOPE to you. Times without employment can bring feelings of fear or uncertainty, but our hope is in the Lord, not in our occupation. May this season draw you closer to Christ and may the First H.O.P.E. ministry help you move forward in securing employment. Please join us on Sunday mornings or evenings and for other activities here at Houston’s First Baptist Church. God is doing great things in our church and we invite you to become deeply involved.
