In 2016, Houston's First Baptist Church is celebrating 175 years of being a differencemaker for God's kingdom and the message of Jesus Christ.
Our church and our city have grown and changed greatly since 1841 — just five years after the battle at the Alamo. But throughout the generations, there have been people in our church and groups in our city who are making a difference.
Now, as we celebrate our demisemiseptcentennial (or, our 175th anniversary), we want to celebrate 175 differencemakers in our church and our city — and we're asking our Life Bible Studies to identify who those differencemakers are!
As a Life Bible Study leader, you are asked to submit the name of:
