Grief is a natural response to loss, whether it be the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or a significant life transition. It can bring a range of emotions, including sadness, anger, guilt, and even relief. Everyone experiences grief differently, and there is no "right" way to grieve. Some may find comfort in talking with others, while others process their emotions more privately.
Healing takes time, and support is essential. Seeking counseling can provide a safe space to navigate grief, process emotions, and find hope in the midst of loss. If you or someone you know is struggling with grief, know that you are not alone.
“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” – Psalm 147:3
