Our Group X instructors will appropriately challenge you to help you reach your fitness goals, and encourage you physically and spiritually. Download the fitness schedule for additional information on each of the Group X classes!
No registration is required for Group X classes, show up and join in! Keep in mind that this schedule is the most up-to-date listing of what the Fitness & Recreation Center has to offer.
