GriefShare is an international network of thousands of grief recovery support groups designed to help people find help as they grieve the death of a family member or friend.
A weekly GriefShare group is a place where you don’t have to have it all together. You will find others who truly understand the raw emotions and difficult struggles you are facing. GriefShare helps you move from mourning to joy, showing you how to take healthy steps forward in the days, weeks, and months after your loved one’s death.
Each session includes a video seminar and group discussion. A Grief Share workbook assists you with note taking, journaling and grief study. During the small group discussion time, you’ll have the opportunity to interact with others who have suffered a recent loss, hear about their experiences and share your own. Each session is self-contained so you do not have to attend in sequence. You will find encouragement and help whenever you begin.
