Our Community Groups provide a place for us to grow spiritually in a smaller, more familiar, co-ed community—passionate about studying and living out God's Word together. These groups are designed to offer encouragement and accountability with one another as we seek to become more like Christ. Each session includes co-ed Biblical discussion, followed by breakout time for gender-specific accountability and prayer. Community Groups are closed groups, allowing for conversations that are built on trust, with registration available at the beginning of the spring and fall trimesters. We invite you to join us in a Community Group for deeper connection with others!
At Houston's First, Equip (formerly Milestones) is a framework of adult discipleship that extends beyond Life Bible Studies to equip people in a particular stage or life, crisis, or in general discipleship. Equip events and classes are offered throughout the semester on various days of the week and times of day. A majority of them happen during Wednesdays at the Loop (formerly MidLink).
