These people must have a basic knowledge of soccer and a desire to share Jesus Christ with children. Upward Refs are a hybrid between refs and on field coaches. They will ref in a coaching manner aiming to help kids learn as they play to better understand and follow the rules of the game. This commitment includes 8 game days and a training prior to the season.
