Kristen is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under the supervision of Greg Curnutte, LPC-S. She completed her Master's in Counseling at the University of Houston. Kristen works with clients from all life stages, but is experienced in supporting children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and life transitions.
She uses a combination of person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and existential therapy. She incorporates evidence-based techniques tailored to each individual's needs, helping them gain confidence and develop resilience.
Her love for counseling stems from her passion for the Lord. She believes that the combination of therapy and the awareness of God's presence can lead to immense healing in all areas of our lives. While she provides counseling from a Christian perspective for those who seek it, she is committed to meeting every client where they are and offering support that aligns with their personal needs and goals.
Kristen is passionate about empowering clients to work towards meaningful growth and healing. She believes that with the right support, every one can build the tools they need to overcome current and future obstacles.
