Sika specializes in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate challenges such as communication issues, trust concerns, and major life changes. She creates a safe, supportive space where clients can explore emotions, strengthen connections, and foster understanding within their relationships.
Trained in evidence-based methods like the Gottman Method (Level 1) SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts), Prepare & Enrich, Sika equips clients with tools to enhance communication and resolve conflicts. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Existential Therapy, all grounded in a biblical foundation.
Beyond couples therapy, Sika supports individuals facing anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and personal growth challenges.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling and immersing herself in diverse cultures, as well as spending time with her two children and loved ones.
