Our Group X classes are a great way to get in shape while having fun and being part of a community at the same time. Our Group X instructors will appropriately challenge you to help you reach your fitness goals, and encourage you physically and spiritually. No registration is required for Group X classes, show up and join in! Keep in mind that this schedule is the most up-to-date listing of what the Fitness & Recreation Center has to offer. If any class falls below 5 participants on a consistent basis the class may be dropped without notice. If you have health issues it is recommended that you fill out a health history questionnaire, and give it to your instructor.
