Festivals of God is an annual event of the Adult 2 Ministry where LBS members gather and connect with one another while learning about Jewish culture.

There are seven annual and one weekly Jewish Festivals spoken about in the Old Testament.  This year, we will have the opportunity to learn about and participate in the weekly Jewish ceremony of Shabbat. Our host Dr. Tim Sigler, with his wife Bernice, will guide us through a traditional Messianic Jewish Family Shabbat Dinner.

During our gathering Tim will examine the Shabbat in both Old and New Testaments and give us a glimpse into Judaism, explain the significance of the seventh day, and explore the meanings of the Sabbatical Year, the Year of Jubilee. At the end of the event, we will have the opportunity learn about and give to our HFBC Global Mission Partners in Israel.
