Every team needs a coach and an assistant. These people need to have a relationship with Jesus Christ and a desire to share Christ with children. It is necessary for them to have a basic knowledge of soccer. They will follow the Upwards plan for practices. They will commit to 11 weeks of practice, 8 games and a coaches training prior to the season.
