Welcome to the Married Adult Ministry at Houston’s First!
Our mission is to strengthen marriages by bringing couples closer to each other and Jesus. Our strategy involves gathering hearts in a supportive community, growing souls through deep spiritual connections, and giving our lives away through selfless service. Join us as we build strong marriages rooted in the love of Christ!
Small Group Gatherings
Growing our souls together in a small group community is at the core of our ministry. Weekly Life Bible Studies provide opportunities for couples to delve into God's Word, engage in meaningful discussions, and participate in biblical disciplines that foster personal and relational growth.
Milestone Classes
Discipleship classes are offered in the fall and spring semester each year to give couples tools to strengthen their marriage. Marriage Milestones classes are part of the Wednesday evening programming through MidLink. Childcare provided through MidLink NextGen programming.
Marriage Enrichment
Marriage enrichment events take place several times a year. These events aim to offer practical tools, insights, and inspiration to help couples navigate challenges, improve communication, and nurture a thriving relationship. The goal is to provide a space where couples can invest in their relationship with a date night, learn from experienced speakers, and ultimately grow together.

Life Bible Studies
Life Bible Studies are one of our main vehicles for growing our souls closer to God. They provide a place for us to explore the beauty and mystery of God's Word. These smaller settings also open the door for discussion with others as we seek to apply what we read in the Bible to our daily lives with friends to walk through it with you!
