Leadership starts at the feet of Jesus. Jesus gives us a great example of leadership through serving others, putting others before himself, and being intentional with people and the moments He had with them. The HUB Student Ministry has a few areas where students can jump in and serve their peers and Student Ministry.

Elevate Student Worship

Elevate is a gathering of students who wish to lead others through song, band, and other worship elements. During the school year students meet on Sunday’s at 2p for rehearsal and fellowship.

Sunday AM Welcome Team

Does your student have a ‘welcoming personality’? There is nothing better than students greeting students! Each Sunday we have opportunities for students to come early and be apart of our Sunday AM Welcome Team to meet new students, greet, and help introduce visitors to small groups and leaders!

Leadership Retreats

Each summer The HUB organizes a group of students to attend Student Leadership University (SLU) 101 and/or 201. This is a 4 day intensive to walk them through ways of leading, why it’s important to lead, and how to do that throughout High School. Eligible students for SLU 101 are completed 8th grade and up. Eligible students for SLU 201 are completed 9th grade and up. (We highly recommend also attending SLU 101 prior to attending 201)
