Childcare
Childcare is included with all memberships and is located in the Preschool Wing. Parent or guardian must remain on church campus while utilizing Childcare.
Ages: 6 weeks – 5 years old
Availability:
- Mondays @ 8:30–11:30a
- Wednesdays @ 8:30–11:30a & 6–8:15p (during MidLink)
- Fridays @ 8:30–11:30a
KidFit
KidFit is included with all memberships and is offered over the Summer in the FRC. Parent or guardian must remain on church campus while utilizing Childcare.
Ages: Entering 1st grade – 5th grade
Fitness attire and sneakers are required. No dresses or skirts, please.

Promise Land
As of Monday, January 13, 2025, our updated Promise Land Hours will be as follows:
- Mon, Wed & Fri: 8:30a-12:30p
- Tue & Thu: 2p-5p
- Sat: CLOSED
- Sun: CLOSED
Additionally, we will have a new check in system:
- Fill out the liability waiver and medical release form for each child in your care.
- Each child under your care must be checked in under the responsible adult's name.
- You will receive a sticker for each child in your care. Please ensure this sticker stays on for the duration of your time here.
The Promise Land is a fun play area in the Fitness & Recreation Center for children 1–12 years of age. For the safety of all, we do ask for children to be monitored by their parents or a responsible adult at all times. Children are not allowed on the stairs or Indoor Walking Track.
Parents or Legal Guardians will need to complete and sign a one-time liability waiver and release form for each child visiting the Promise Land. Save time by completing it now.

Bowling Lanes
Bowling is included with a FRC membership. If you are not a member, we offer day passes. $10 per adult, and $5 per child. We ask that anyone under the age of 16 be supervised by an adult at all times, and for guest to wear closed toed shoes.

- Tue: 5:30a–5p
- Fri: 5:30a–4p
- Sat: CLOSED
- Sun: 1–5p
